Here’s what to expect from start to finish:

1. Let’s Connect: You reach out and tell me a bit about your project—what you need, your goals, and what you’re dreaming of. I’ll send over a quick form to gather the details. This allows me to make sure we’re the right fit and come prepared to help!

2. Discovery Call: We hop on a call to chat through your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. This is where the magic starts. You’ll leave with: clarity, excitement, and a clear next step.

3. Proposal & Quote: You’ll receive a custom proposal tailored to your needs, with clear pricing, timeline, deliverables, and a simple agreement to sign. No guesswork. No surprises. Just transparency.

4. Onboarding: Once you’re officially booked in (yay!), I’ll send a Welcome Kit that outlines:
• What I need from you (brand assets, logins, content)
• How we’ll communicate
• Your project timeline
• Where to find shared files and updates; Everything stays organized, accessible, and stress-free.

5. Project Time: Depending on what you’ve hired me for, here’s how things might look:

Social Media & Marketing Strategy
• We’ll map out your brand voice, goals, platforms, and ideal content.
• You’ll receive a customized strategy and content calendar.
• If ongoing content is included, we’ll start writing, designing, and scheduling your posts!

Web & WordPress Development
• We’ll plan your website layout and features.
• I’ll share mockups before building begins.
• Once you love the look, I’ll build it, test it, and walk you through how to use it.

 Graphic Design & Branding 
• We’ll explore your brand personality, colour palette, and style preferences.
• I’ll present concepts and refine based on your feedback.
• You’ll receive a final brand guide and all the files you need to launch confidently.

6. Revisions & Approvals: You’ll have plenty of opportunities to review, give feedback, and collaborate along the way. 

7. Project Wrap-Up: Once everything’s complete, you’ll get all final files or website access, I’ll send a short guide (or training) if needed and you’ll receive a link to leave a review (if you loved the experience!)

If you want to keep working together—whether for updates, maintenance, or monthly support—I’ll walk you through the next steps.

8. Ongoing Support (If You Need It)
